I took a flash fiction course a few years back and loved it. Little pieces of writing can have such a big impact. I took my cousin to the airport, took my cat to the vet, sent out some client work, got breakfast and meds for my flu-ish husband and wrote a 100 word story. Out of everything that happened so far today, probably the only thing I will remember five years from now is that 100 word story. Makes you think, doesn't it? Fabulous! I'm going to answer quickly so as to not waste time! :) Today I've updated my blog, sent out invoices and contracts and confirmed meetings with clients for later today and tomorrow (doesn't feel like much, considering it's noon already. Where did the time go?!) When I X out of this window I'm going to update my iPod with the latest Litopia podcasts and head to the gym (I feel less guilty working out in the middle of the day if I'm listening to publishing news while I'm at it). Then I'll write for a bit before heading out 45 mins across town for a meeting. At least that's what I'm planning. Today I’ve updated my blog, sent out invoices and contracts and confirmed meetings with clients for later today and tomorrow (doesn’t feel like much, considering it’s noon already. Where did the time go?!)
