I started to put it aside to read, then curiosity got the better of me and I ended up reading the whole thing as soon as I downloaded it. I thin you're lucky that you don't have an agency in town, but I haven't noticed them taking any of my business. As their site says, there's a time to hire a freelancer and a time to hire an agency, and so we both have our place! I really enjoyed this document, too. I started to put it aside to read, then curiosity got the better of me and I ended up reading the whole thing as soon as I downloaded it.
